Maid In Essex

Out of 5 cleans, we had two cancellations - the first we were informed, the second just didn’t show up. I cancelled and have emailed twice for my management fee back as I received no cleans for the second month. They haven’t responded. I would find a good local cleaner and save yourself the management fee.

If I can give a minus I would. They have been taking money from our account despite not cleaning our house in over 3 years. Impossible to get hold of anyone. When I finally did by putting an enquiry through we got told the payment will be cancelled and we will get refunded however we have just had another payment come out and still can't get hold of anyone! STOP TAKING OUR MONEY FOR NO WORK YOU'VE DONE!

Maid in Essex have been constantly brilliant providing cleaning service from our initial telephone enquiry 2.5 years ago. Friendly, efficient, reliable. Came to discuss our requirements, fulfilled the brief and we are extremely happy with the service. They always keep us informed.

We have been using Maid in Essex for 5 years and always been very happy with the service and the team. Our cleaner (Emma) is exceptional, trustworthy and professional also the hourly rates are very competitive . We are so pleased with them that other family members now use them. I’m now living in Rayleigh so losing Emma but I’m staying with Maid in Essex because I know what a brilliant service I will be getting. Thank you All .

What a brilliant service I have received from Maid in Essex. I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends. A BIG thank you to Emma for such a great job in cleaning my home and for always having a good chat whilst she is doing her job.
