Maid In Chelmsford

Maid in Chelmsford Team are absolutely phenomenal at there job. Louise is highly professional and handles clients home with up most respect. Each room is taken into consideration and the attention to details is a very high standards. The team go way and beyond to make my home feel like a show room. I have a very busy lifestyle and I struggle to maintain no house on a daily basis. However the team never judge me for my house maintenance. They always enter my house with a smile and they all have a lovely bubbly personalities. I highly recommend Maid in Chelmsford to come and clean your home.

Louise and her team are absolutely incredible. They are trustworthy, honest and thorough! I am never disappointed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family!

Our cleaner, Charlotte, was absolutely incredible. We really liked her and had a great relationship. Unfortunately the wider business service has been one of the most unprofessional experiences we've been through. We didn't realise we MUST pay for the clean on the same day (our mistake), however we paid every invoice within 24 hours of receiving it and had an incredibly rude and abrupt message saying that our services were being cancelled because of late payments. No warnings, no trying to work with us, nothing - we asked to have a call with Louise to explain that we got the T&Cs wrong and wanted to continue with Charlotte but she wouldn't even give us the courtesy of speaking to us, sending repeatedly rude emails. It was pretty obvious that we were just being cancelled so they can use our time slot for someone else who probably wanted the cleaner for longer and therefore make Louise more money. More than anything else we feel bad for Charlotte as we genuinely think she enjoyed working with us and we're sad to lose that relationship. It's a shame the cleaning staff aren't put first above someone's ability to make money.

Louise work is absolutely phenomenal. I rate her 5stars for her excellence service. She made my house look brand new again. She covered all areas and she has an eye for small details. I felt like I came into a home that wasn't mine. Thank you so much for taking that burden of me and transforming my beautiful home. I'm so grateful for Louise dedication and she's the best cleaner I've had by far!!! Louise I'm never letting you go! I wish you every success in your bussiness but don't ever leave me. Thank you
