Magic Shine Window Cleaning - Window Cleaners Edinburgh

These guys are great! Mark responded really quickly to my request, and came out to me at very short notice (on a Sunday too!). Mark and his mate were very polite and friendly. This is a recent start-up company that deserves to succeed - please support them - they did a thorough job for a very fair price. Highly recommended!

Used Mark for the first time. Prompt response & and great value for an excellent job! Very happy with my now very clean windows! Would definitely recommend and use again! Thanks Mark.

Ridiculous company. I am still waiting for a reply to my email. Of course they never came back however a reply to my email would have been the least they could have done to make me believe they regretted the lack of professionalism. See below my email to them where you can understand what happened. Hi Mark, I believe a team has come today to clean the windows. I also know that my husband paid before leaving to work. I appreciate the cleaning. However, I want to cancel any further services since I was made aware that the team took water from my garden with NO permission at all. A big white container was filled twice (1st time it was emptied to a black container that was inside the car) and it is unacceptable that this is done. Even worse without asking. I am lucky that my mother was at home and she was curious to understand why was one of the guys returning to our garden since cleaning was finished already. If I knew this before, I would have never paid for the service since it is a lack of respect to do this not to say that I am the one paying for the water. There are no excuses for this unacceptable situation.

Mark was prompt to reply to emails and quoted a reasonable price. On arrival he and his colleague were courteous and professional. Mark was keen to be sure I was satisfied with the work done, before taking payment.

Mark & the team do a great job and very competitively priced , when at the job asked them to do a bit extra this wasn’t a problem I would highly recommend them. Again mark and his colleague completed 2 jobs for myself & Family both jobs perfect and to a high standard. Would recommend to other family members and friends
