London Waste Removal Service LTD

Used these guys for a rubbish clearance and honestly couldn’t be happier. They turned up on time, were really polite and easy to talk to, and got everything cleared way quicker than I expected. No messing around just proper, honest service. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job. Would 100% recommend and will be using them again.

Cleared out an entire house for me proper job. Couple of lads turned up, cracked on straight away, didn’t waste time. Whole place was cleared in a few hours. They were respectful, didn’t break anything, and even swept up after. Fair price too. Can’t fault it really. Would use them again if I needed to.

Had some rubbish that needed clearing and these guys got it sorted quick. Turned up when they said they would, got the job done fast, and didn’t leave a mess behind. Just solid, reliable service. Would definitely call them again.

Booked them for a waste collection and honestly impressed. They showed up on time, were polite, and cleared everything quicker than I expected. Fair price and proper job. Will be using them again for sure.

Essentially we were massively misquoted for a job which was need up being twice as much as they had indicated during email communication. Then due to turning up two days late, we had no choice to accept the price quoted on the day to not ruin our whole project. The contractors who came were helpful and would review them highly seperately but the communication and misquote from this company cost us hundreds of pounds. Having then followed up with them to query this and showing email evidence to back, two of their advisors seemingly agreed with out points, before a manager who refused to speak with us obviously told them not give provide any compensation. A pure money making fraud of a service and our only advice is to never use them in a time pressured situation where you don't have flexibility to negotiate in case you fall into one of their either deliberate scams, or accidental incompetence.
