Perhaps you should review the aggressive and intimidating driving skills of your employees. He was driving so close to me I could not see his number plate, it was a 20 mile per hour zone, he insisted on constantly flashing his headlights and sounding his horn whilst making go faster signals with his hands. The speed limit is a maximum limit. Not a suggestion! Not a good look for your company.

I recieved the worst service ever. I was screamed at more than once by a member of their team. Mainly because his phone call was more important than a customer asking a question. None of the other workers would give me contact information. They all had no clue where or who employs them. Poor service all round. I'm pretty sure there are bigger companies that have people on the ground floor who are much more respectful and polite than this. Those people in Victoria coach station give the whole cleaning side to this company a bad name. First day of my holiday break and that's how it started. Avoid this company!

Their staff helped us at Manchester Airport with wheelchair assistance and assisted boarding, they were absolutely lovely. We felt very well looked after.
