Lodge & Thomas Chartered Surveyors

Lauren has been absolutely amazing - from first showing us the property to the completion of the sale she has always been quick to respond to any queries and has supported us throughout a more complex house buying process. We really appreciate how clear and straightforward the communication has been, as well as how helpful Lauren has been in explaining processes and procedures to us and making what could have been a far more stressful house buying process as smooth as it could be. We always knew that emails would be quickly responded to and that Lauren had a really sound and in-depth knowledge of working with sellers and buyers. Thankyou Lauren, we are delighted to be in our new home and your support has been truly appreciated :)

Such a lovely team, and Paul our estate agent went through a year and 2 months of waiting for our house to go through and he was our main go to helpful and often more communicative and helpful than our solicitor in telling us what was going on, and this all the way to the end. Thank you so much for your help and effort.

We cannot thank Lauren enough for the care and support she gave us throughout the sale of our home in Cornwall. From the very beginning, she was kind, approachable, and completely professional. Selling our home was not always easy, but Lauren guided us through every step with patience and reassurance. When things felt particularly challenging, she remained calm, positive, and incredibly supportive, always keeping us fully informed and taking the time to explain everything clearly. Lauren was a real tower of strength during the whole process, and her dedication made a genuinely stressful experience far easier for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lauren and the team at Lodge & Thomas. Best Wishes, Viv & John.

We bought a property that was listed by Lodge and Thomas and the sellers' agent Lauren was a joy to work with. On our first visit to the property she was well informed and could answer all our questions. Then as we negotiated on the sale and proceeded through to completion she was always very quick and precise in communicating answers. Highly recommended.

What a great experience we have had with Lodge and Thomas. We found a property and contacted Lodge and Thomas by phone and we dealt with Paul. Paul has been exceptional from start to finish and beyond. Nothing was to much trouble. We had many hurdles to overcome when buying but Paul helped with all of them. I had a fantastic experience as a buyer and would absolutely list my property as and when we need to. Thanks to all Pete & Laura Jones
