Martin & Co Truro Lettings & Estate Agents

Martin & Co was the only angecy that really helped me and my partner with our house search. We lived 3 hours away from Cornwall and arranging house viewing with other agencies was very challenging (appointment from one day to another, no possibility to rearrange or zero response). Kyle from Martin & Co was so helpful, he tried to make arrangements for us and we got a place to rent at the end. The whole process has been easy, clear and super friendly. The admin that has been following us, Katy, has been so kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co from my experience so far.

I had a generally positive experience with Martin & Co Truro. The team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout my tenancy, especially when it came to communication and handling the end of tenancy process. I really appreciated how smoothly the deposit return and rent refund were handled , everything was clearly explained and processed in a timely manner. Although my circumstances changed and I had to move before completing my tenancy, the team was understanding and helpful during that transition, which made a stressful situation much easier. While I had hoped to secure another property through them, I understand how competitive the market can be. Overall, I would recommend their services for their professionalism and efficiency. Thank you to the team for your support, not forgetting to mention Will,Sharon and Jessica .You are an amazing Team.

A brilliant experience with Martin & Co. My partner and I have been renting through them for nearly three years, during which time the team handled issues quickly and escalated them to the right people whenever needed. The entire lettings team has been incredibly helpful, always offering advice and guidance, which made a huge difference to us as first-time renters. After three years, we’ve now successfully purchased our first home through Martin & Co. Throughout the buying process, Kyle and Mark were fantastic; arranging last-minute viewings and patiently answering all of our questions (and there were a lot, as first-time buyers!). Their communication has been second to none. Having had poor experiences with other agencies during the house-buying process, it was refreshing to work with a team that genuinely supported us every step of the way. It never felt transactional; their care felt real throughout the entire journey. A huge thank you to Will and the wider team, and a special mention to Mark and Kyle -you’ve been brilliant! River.

5 stars. We had our property managed by Martin & Co Truro for two years, including much of the time while we were living abroad, and the service throughout was excellent. Communication was always clear and prompt, the advice was sound, and it was very reassuring knowing the property was in capable hands while we were overseas. They made what could easily have been a stressful situation feel straightforward and well under control. Martin & Co Truro also handled the sale of the property very efficiently, doing an excellent job of keeping things moving and meeting the buyer’s tight timelines. A professional, responsive and reliable team throughout. We would happily recommend Martin & Co Truro.

I’ve been with Martin & Co for around four to five years now. They’ve managed one of our rental properties throughout that time and, more recently, have taken on another — and they’ve been absolutely fantastic. Will, the manager, is incredibly accommodating and always very quick to get back to you. He’s a genuinely great person to deal with — professional, proactive, and easy to communicate with. Jessica has also been really helpful throughout the process. I’ve been especially impressed by how quickly and efficiently they’ve been able to secure tenants. Everything has been handled smoothly, with great attention to detail, and it really feels like they’re working in your best interests as a landlord. I’m very happy to be with Martin & Co and would absolutely recommend them. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
