We have Stephanie as the account manager for our buy-to-let property, and quite honestly, we cannot praise her highly enough. Experience with Lime Property has been outstanding so far. They dealt with our queries and property viewing quickly and were very helpful in getting the application and credit check done. Key collection process was easy and the property was in good condition when accessed. Had a couple of queries on the first day and the staff were helpful and responsive. Highly recommended

Please avoid this property at all costs. We used to live in a Rosedale mansion managed by Lime. The other building there is privately managed which is good. However, the building where we lived in was under Lime and it used to be great until they took over. It was okay until we had a problem and the staff was completely useless. They never responded to repair requests which we kind of expected. Your safety is also at risk because they haven’t fixed the main downstairs door and can’t access their own CCTV. You cant even access the meter rooms. They dont clean the common areas anymore. If you live there be careful because they won’t return your deposit. Thankfully TDS helped us. We now live in a nice area and the letting agent who manages the property was the one who looked after Rosedale before. We know how they work.

I recently bought a house through Lime on behalf of my Dad who’s health is not so good. Olivia and the team were absolutely outstanding. They understood my Dads circumstances and worked around this to accommodate him. Every time they said they would do something for him they did it.
