Lichfield Safe Centre Ltd

They did an excellent job done and we are delighted. Everyone we spoke to was very polite and they were able to deliver and install when I needed. Would highly recommend them.

An excellent job done and we are delighted with the outcome. Everyone we spoke to was very polite and pleasant and the engineer came out really quickly. We have an oak clad safe and he was determined to get the it open with as little damage as possible. Sam took his time and got it open leaving just a small drill hole which he then filled expertly with dowel. No mess at all and after staining the spot it is not noticeable. Outstanding work. Highly recommend them.

Ordered a safe was emailed to say that they would deliver it and place in side the house. Safe delivered but refused to help to put it in the house. I had to do this on my own. Spoken to there office and was told it’s a miss communication issue???? Really!!!

Fantastic customer service Initially I bought the wrong size safe. No problem replaced and sorted without drama. Recently had a problem with electronic lock. Great advice over the phone. Needed an engineer. Sent out in a timely fashion. Engineer was awesome and sorted problem out very quickly. Can’t speak highly enough of this family run company. Recommend them to anyone

A brilliant company with fantastic customer service. From initial contact to installation every member of staff was pleasant, professional and made me feel as if I was a valued customer. Chloe is superb and went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Installation team was friendly, super efficient and left everything clean and tidy. They also took time to go through the setup and operation of the safe with me. I cannot recommend Lichfield Safe Centre highly enough – wish I could give more than 5 stars !
