LIA Security Services Ltd

Initially very pleasant to deal with, but sadly one of the most unreliable contractors I have encountered in a long time. After being recommended by a highly reputable company, it took at least seven separate attempts just to get him to answer the phone and establish contact. I was then booked in for an appointment nearly three weeks later. On the morning he was due to attend, I received a text advising there had been a family emergency and that he would let me know shortly whether he could still make the appointment. As anyone reasonably would, I replied sympathetically and said not to worry if it needed to be rearranged. That was the last communication I received. Since then, every single attempt to contact him by phone, text message, and voicemail has been completely ignored. No courtesy call, no explanation, no apology — just total radio silence after weeks of waiting. Emergencies are understandable. Treating customers with complete disregard afterwards is not. His lack of professionalism has left me in an extremely awkward position and has wasted a considerable amount of my time. What makes it even more astonishing is that this would not only have been a worthwhile job for him, but could also have resulted in substantial further work opportunities through our management company. If this is how prospective customers are treated before any work has even begun, I dread to think what aftercare would be like if issues ever arose later. Based on my experience, I certainly would not recommend.

DO NOT USE. Zero support. Spent a couple of thousands for cameras and alarms and now have no after care. Cameras don't work now and left alone sorting issues with alarms. Don't text me with photos of your op again Lewis.to getme delete a negative review. Shame on you

Lewis has done fantastic job for us he fitted our alarm system and cctv over 15 months ago and it’s been perfect. His workmanship is second to none and he is very passionate and professional in what he does. We had an issue with a camera we had knocked the monitor and one of the cameras stopped working I phoned Lewis’s and within 24 hours he come to repair it. He also has done our fire extinguishers and we had our yearly service done a few months ago Highly recommend I wouldn’t go anywhere else for our security 5⭐️ service

I had a home alarm system fitted by him,I am so glad I chose him ,what a very friendly knowledgeable man, like others have said nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Lewis I feel safe again in my home. Would 100% recommend Lewis and LIA security.

Really great service. Competitive price. Lewis came and fitted our alarm quickly and was done to a very high standard. He was incredibly friendly and talked us through everything and made sure we were confident using it. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting an alarm system installed.
