LF Property Maintenance

I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Sean and his team for all the work that they carried out at our home. They done an excellent job to a very high standard. Reliable and excellent communication - nothing was ever an issue. If we asked him to do something or change something at short notice it was never an issue he just done it - exceptional service. I would highly recommend Sean and if and when we need anything doing in the future he will be our go to guy. Thanks for turning the house we bought into a lovely home.

No hesitation in recommending Sean & his team. Completed a lot of work on my house: new porch built & tiled, new bathroom fitted & tiled, a number of rooms have been plastered & new skirting boards/picture rails fitted. Also had the front of the house paved, new windows, front doors. Very pleased with everything that has been done, quotes were competitive. All of the team were great, reliable, friendly & approachable.

I contacted Sean from LF Maintenance because I had a variety of jobs needed doing. Sean and his team are very professional. They are good on communication,. They listened to what I wanted and done it for me. Their work is to a very high standard, that's why I have given them five stars. I would recommend LF Property Maintenance.

Fantastic service from Sean. We had various maintenance jobs that needed carrying out on one of our rental properties in between tenancies (inspecting a leaking roof, fitting new guttering, repointing, fitting trickle vents, replacing an extractor, resealing windows and the bath and redecorating certain walls) Sean inspected the property and advised me on what did and didn't need doing and provided a detailed and reasonable quote the following day. He was able to fit us in quickly and all work was completed to a high standard. The property was also left clean and tidy which was much appreciated. We won't hesitate to use Sean again in the future.

Thanks to Sean, Amo, Owen and Alan for turning my dream into a reality. From day one Sean reassured me it would all turn out OK. They've blew me away with the transformation of my kitchen. Would highly recommend these for any building work. High quality, excellent work throughout, nothing was ever a problem for them to do. Very clean an tidy. Very friendly and trustworthy. Will be asking Sean an the team back in the near future. 👍🏻😊❤️
