This service is an absolutely terrible. I took an RAF uniform to be dry cleaned. It has been worn once as it is brand new. I took it to laundry monster to be dry cleaned as I’m wearing it to my own wedding. I collected it today, Friday at a cost of £21 and it looks like it’s been slept in. There a multiple creases to the trousers and the jacket is horrendous. I really am shocked at the quality of the work. The suit is wool and has been completely ruined by this company. Please stay away if your items are valuable.

Fantastic people and service. We use Laundry monster for our security officers uniforms weekly, and they always provide a fast professional service. Great value for money and no job to small.

Was disappointed my husbands suit came back smelling badly of cigarettes. Someone there smokes and needs to do that far away from peoples clothes.
