Enhance Dry Cleaners

Recently asked for help with something specific regarding ' mending'... Have visited this shop so many times over the years and always found staff particularly helpful...this most recent visit...even more considerate and thoughtful. Thankyou.

Had a mark on the back of a yellow puffer coat, was told they will try the best to get the mark of which I understand it might have been a bit of a nightmare to get off. Price was £35 which I thought was a bit on the expensive side anyway for a little mark. Got the jacket back said they tried they’re best to get it off and showed me it. Litrally no different to when I dropped it off, which I understand they’ve tried and couldn’t get it off. But still was charged £35. May aswel of just thrown the £35 down the drain. Waste of money, could have at least give me it back and said they haven’t managed to do it or discounted the price. Was told I have to pay.

Staff are extremely helpful, very friendly and gave me brilliant advice for a laundry issue I'd had! Couldn't do enough to help me. Great service 👍

My winter puffer coat suffered extensive damage after I entrusted it, along with a blazer, for cleaning. The service provider couldn't dry clean them but assured an alternative cleaning method. Neglecting to inspect upon collection proved to be a significant oversight. Recently retrieving the jacket revealed severely creased fabric resembling paper, with the fluff inside clumped together. Additionally, the blazer retained stains on the sleeve, leaving me dissatisfied with the service.

Superb service. A vintage coat I recently had dry cleaned now looks brand new . Staff are lovely and very helpful
