The experience from start to finish was exceptional. Firstly, the installation team, Dillan and Jack, deserve special recognition. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. They worked cleanly and neatly, ensuring minimal disruption to my daily routine. Their knowledge of the systems they were installing was impressive, and they were always willing to answer any questions I had with patience and clarity. In addition to the CCTV and alarm system, they also installed a security light at my property. I have my alarm and cctv serviced annually by this firm and have never had an issue. This morning was that time of the year and Dylan and jack were so pleasant and I formative. They did such a great job. Even the tea and biscuits didn’t slow them down. 5*’s

Recently had Giles back out to us for the second time, he sorted our house alarm out which hadn’t been working properly since moving in. Previous to this, we also had a problem with our CCTV, which again Giles came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. His communication and response times are excellent, cannot fault his work, and we were really happy with the service and price. Would not hesitate to recommend him to all family and friends.

The alarm engineer turned up on time, was very polite and knowedgable. He treated us and our property respectfully. The service he provided was thorough and fairly priced. I can recommend this company for all your security needs.
