My experience with KT Management has been great - I would particularly like to highlight our site manager Belle for her tenacity! We've had some problems with waste bins going missing, resulting in overflowing rubbish due to the reduced capacity. Belle raised the issue with the council and their contractor, chasing relentlessly and proactively sorting out removal of the excess waste so that regular collections could go ahead. General maintenance matters have always been dealt with swiftly and efficiently, which is much appreciated!

I have been in contact with Cheryl over many years now and she has always been my first point of contact whenever there has been an issue at Ash Court I wish to raise with KT Management. Although I have not seen her in person for some time now, it is good to be able to put a friendly face to the name when dealing with matters online. Cheryl always responds to queries promptly and efficiently and will go to the trouble of investigating matters further if she does not have the information to hand.I am most satisfied with the attention I have received from Cheryl.

We have recently had issues with waste being dumped in the bin stores, I contacted KT and was responded to by Shannon, she has been really helpful and sorted out the issues within days of reporting it. Very happy resident and welcome Shannon on a job well done.

My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. What started as a stable and healthy life quickly turned into a period of severe mental and physical distress, all due to their complete neglect and mismanagement. Over the years I was an owner, I had to contact them several times about urgent issues, but their responses were consistently slow and unhelpful. They allowed my living conditions to worsen for months without taking any action. I suffered from constant anxiety, high blood pressure, and insomnia. On more than one occasion, I found myself grappling with very dark thoughts because of the overwhelming stress and their constant dishonesty, including shifting the blame onto me. To make matters worse, their costs kept rising throughout the year, and they even demanded more money without clear explanation why they had so poorly budgeted. The only option left was to sell and pass the burden onto another unsuspecting tenant who would inevitably face the same mistreatment. I walked away for the sake of my mental and physical health, though it came at a significant financial cost. This company offers no real support, is morally corrupt, and will leave you in a worse position than when you started. If you care about your well-being, stay as far away from them as possible.

I'm very grateful to Shannon for arranging for some rubbish to be removed so quickly. She always responds to my emails promptly and is courteous and professional. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can contact Shannon if a problem occurs and she will do her best to resolve it.
