Kranzle UK Ltd

Superb ! Bought my machine from them 10 years ago . After lots of use it needed a repair. Was called after a few days, all fixed and price was very reasonable. Also told my machine was in excellent condition . Super helpful on the phone and full of free help and advice.

Staff and products are awesome. Owner of a K10 pressure washer, Ventos 32 vacuum and way too many accessories!! All products are of the highest quality, and work faultlessly.

William at Southend kranzle is an absolute star. Never experienced customer service like that I have today, popped down to the shop because my k10 had some issues which I am at fault for, this machine has been fantastic for the last few years… William walked me through what I needed to do and what parts I needed as I’d opted to do the work myself in order to keep costs low, he really looked after me, having dismantled the machine and found multiple things needing doing I revisited to grab some more parts and as annoying as it was having to drive back twice for parts, it was always a pleasure chatting to William who was so helpful, if only every transaction/service was this pleasant. Thanks so much guys, makes having a piece of kit like this so much more worth it, all the best fellas :) Brad

Great company highly recommend 5 ⭐️ We have been using Kranzle for 17/18 years we have always been really impressed with their knowledge products and their professionalism. The products and aftercare are second to none. If you have an issue with a unit they will take the time to explain what needs to be done and do a repair or service to get you back to work. Great company highly recommend. 5 ⭐️

Have been to Kranzle for over 25 years and the quality is by far the best, just been into the workshop for a repair and service on my 10 year old 2160 TS, all sorted by Will on 14/1/26 and I’m absolutely delighted with the service and attention to detail, all of the staff are very helpful, kind regards and take care, Mark from Billericay 😃😃👍👍
