Knightsbridge Commercial Cleaning Services

Absolutely appalling! Well first of all, they kept cancelling appointments or wouldnt even turn up, which meant a lot of chasing around from myself. Then the day they came out to clean our sofas they damaged our sofas (pulls) and they were left even dirtier than when they arrived! We had someone come out to inspect & we had to wait for their report back which took ages & a lot of chasing from us. To them denying everything. They lied in their reports saying they showed us the instrument they cleaned with (never did and the instrument was slightly broke on the day of the cleaning), the man inspecting only wanted to see 1 sofa even though both was damaged to which he lied in his report saying there wasn't any damage to the other sofa. And many more things. Would avoid this company at all costs unless you're happy to pay out for a new sofa after! Unfortunately we had to have this company as it was arranged via our insurance after a house flood.

We had a deep clean at our facility and Knightsbridge have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The office staff, management and cleaning staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. I could not disagree more with the negative reviews on this account, it has been an absolute pleasure working with Knightsbridge and I for one will be using there services regularly from now on.

After moving into our new home we discovered the kitchen had been left in the most vile, unusable state. The Knightsbridge Cleaning Company promptly contacted me after I posted to Checkatrade. Jenny has done a fantastic job all on her own and I cannot thank her enough. Would definitely recommend to others.

Sorry about 1star- but this is not a review for your company - You should be aware there are 4 Irish lads in a van with the name of your company on it offering patio steam cleaning. They are the scammers, not your company. Beware people. Am sure the real KCC is a decent company.

After a very difficult time finding any company who could help my clients with there canopy cleaning and repair. Finally I found KCC Knightsbridge, who not only have amazing staff, James Monk, Katie Murfitt and Lauren Knigjt. But also never gave up on finding the right people for a complex job, always helped, above and beyond. If I ever need this help again, I won’t look elsewhere. Who am I gonna call, I’m going to call KCC Knightsbridge.
