kleanco dry cleaners & laundry

Always met with a friendly face & smile ‘been great help to me & many in the queue with me ‘& if time a welcome chat to 🙏

Terrible company, do not use. Firstly, the ladies who work in the shop are lovely, professional and friendly. The issue is the incredibly rude, dishonest and obstructive owner. I used this company for the first time to dry clean a large pair of curtains. They were in perfect condition when I dropped them off. I wish I had taken a photo of them before cleaning to prove this because they came back with white vertical chemical lines and are ruined. The very rude owner said it was sun damage, I said I would not bring in a damaged pair of curtains and pay £68 for cleaning. He was rude and adamant that he had not caused the damage. Its very clear to me that the curtains were folded before the chemicals had dried and this is what caused the lines, but he would not accept responsibility and was speaking over me to the point I had to ask if I could please finish what I was saying. He offered a refund on the cleaning but this means we are out of pocket as we have to buy new curtains at considerably more cost. If you value your items, do not use this company.

Excellent service, took a king size duvet for cleaning which came back fantastic and wrapped in a very handy carry bag,Brilliant idea, plus we had a large heavy blanket which stank of dog and was quite grubby which also came back very clean indeed and fresh smelling.

I've only used the Evri drop-off/collection service provided by Kleanco, so my review is just for that. I really want to praise the 2 ladies who work at Kleanco. They are clearly so busy with both sides of the business, stretching their time between laundry and parcels, but are always so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond ! Thank you for a great service!

Tried to send a parcel back with Evri, machine not working and simply told I am too busy to ring to sort it out, nothing I can do. Rude and abrupt in her approach, not my fault she is understaffed and busy. But as always it’s the customer left in the lurch. Totally unwilling to help and couldn’t care less.
