Kingsway Launderette

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. No problems whatsoever A word to the wise. This place is cash only and no credit card. However if you need change for the machine the staff are quite willing to give you change A standard machine costs £5 for wash and spin, drying costs £4 for 27 minutes and it costs £1 to buy powder

The best service and very polite staff. the place is very cozy while waiting

I just wanted to take a moment to share how fab Kingsway Launderette Swansea were this week. Their customer service was absolutely brilliant. They promptly replied to my email query and arranged a speedy pick up with same day wash and dry and drop off at a fantastic price. Im ever so grateful and will be using this fantastic company again in the future. 5* Service!

They don't clean the washing machines after use or bother checking them. There were someone else's used blood-stained plasters and leaves mixed in with my washing because of it. Clothes left bone dry and still not clean. This is incredibly unhygienic, and god knows what I can catch from the blood so my clothes will now have to be rewashed somewhere else. Don't recommend. It was a complex waste of time and money. Edit: it's not a colour catcher. It was a blood stain plaster and you can see it on my bath towel. This still doesn't explain why your washing machines have leaves. I know what a color catcher is, what they look like and what they are used for so don't patronise me. There was no member of staff around to ask at the time to call and I didn't look because I would assume the all the washing machines are clean since they were meant to be cleaned after every use by staff. We also used the hottest setting on the washing machine and uses plenty of powder and liquid so for clothes to still be dry and clean when I came back is not acceptable. Its ashame that your blaming your long term customers rather than holding your staff accountable because this did seem like a really good laundrette during other times a been there.

Tried to charge my mrs between 90-120 for two large bags and two Tesco bags whereas whenever we’ve been there with the same amount we were always charged under £45, I feel because she went there alone this one time they’ve tried to take advantage and lost a repeat customer. Gone to uplands now instead for £50 with honest and well intentioned people ✌🏻
