I don’t know the name of our guy. But he would win the national window cleaning championship. Our windows hadn’t been cleaned for many years and our balustrade was covered in grime and algae. But it all looks like brand new. He really took pride in his work and it definitely wasn’t a rushed job. He wasn’t phased by my multiple dogs or the fact I couldn’t I find the key for the gate. If I had known I could get such a good job done I would have had my windows cleaned years ago ! I can see out of them now. Thankyou for a great job. This is how clean my windows are now. No more dog slobber and grime.

We are very happy with the service we have received from King's Window Cleaning. They are well priced, professional and efficient. Communication is clear. They are on time. And they contact you at the first possible opportunity if any issues arise. They have done our inside windows, outside windows, skylights and gutters.

I had been using Kings Window Cleaning for a long time without any issues. Back in 2025, I was paying £20 every 8 weeks, and I have to say the window cleaners themselves are fantastic, reliable, professional, and do a great job. The problem is with how the company handles pricing. During 2025, they started increasing prices without any prior notice. I temporarily cancelled mid-year, and when I rejoined just two months later, the price had already gone up. I accepted that without complaint, but then they increased the price again—once again with no communication. Two price increases in less than a year, both done without warning, is not acceptable. If I had been informed in advance, I would have understood. But turning up, doing the job, and then sending an invoice with a higher price I wasn’t aware of feels unfair. As a result, I cancelled and found another provider offering the same service at a lower price. To make matters worse, when I requested to close my account, I received a reply from someone called Karen at 10pm saying: “No problem, when the account is clear I will cancel this for you”—without even checking that the account had already been paid. Once you damage a customer’s trust, loyalty quickly disappears. It’s a shame, because the quality of the window cleaning team is being undermined by poor management. Recommendation: respect your customers and communicate clearly, especially when it comes to price changes. Good service needs to be supported by good management and proper communication.

Great company and quality service. Reliable, honest and friendly. Windows are always left in a fantastic condition and they are really respectful of the property. Highly recommend .
