kenzo cleaning services

I had a terrible experience with Kenzo Cleaning Services. The worker was incredibly rude and didn't clean my apartment properly. To make matters worse, they demanded more money than the agreed-upon price. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and professional cleaning service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kenzo Cleaning Services. Despite their claims, the cleaning was subpar and several areas were left untouched. The staff was unprofessional and seemed rushed, not paying attention to detail. Communication was poor, and when I tried to address the issues, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable cleaning service. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Absolutely shockingly terrible service from the owner/admin side. We paid £110 in total which included an additional £30 fee just for some folding of clothes. The clothes folding was NOT DONE but we were still charged the additional £30. The owner is still unresponsive and when tried to call he has blocked my number. I hope the £30 was worth this 1 star review. Best of luck to the longevity of your business.

I paid for a deep cleaning and one of the cleaners disappeared in the middle of cleaning. The other, instead of finishing the job, decided to excuse himself and just leave the house not even half done. When we asked for our money back, he refused to refund us or finish the job after we had given a bad review. If you want to waste your money this is your guy.

Definitely guys stay well away from this cowboy company. Not putting anyone's business down but the truth is the truth. Gave him a job to do and he can't stick to his word and hasn't completed the job. Aswell as that, the job hes done it's looking worse than before. So please stay well away!
