Kensington Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners - London Air Services

Excellent service from Kensington Carpet Cleaners. My enquiry was handled immediately, and the communication throughout was fantastic. The job was completed efficiently, and I was very impressed with the overall service. I would highly recommend them.

I hired this company to clean and fix my carpet, but the result was significantly worse than before. They assured me it would take a few hours for the final result to show, which now feels like an excuse to leave before the issues became clear. Afterwards, they ignored my attempt to contact them. When I eventually reached someone by phone, instead of addressing the problem, they made threatening comments on the basis that they “know where I live” which I found completely inappropriate and concerning. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. One star is too generous — negative stars would be more fitting.

Ajay and Bashaar saved our carpet. We managed to spill fireplace blacking on it, which is made of waxes and graphite - really nasty stuff. We didn't hold out much hope of removing the stain but hoped a clean would prevent it being trodden around the flat. Instead, they removed it almost completely. On top of that, they were lovely guys and took care to work neatly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Lovely team, they saved my sofa ! Very thorough and friendly !

Excellent service. We needed a carpet cleaning done same day and they really came through for us. From first contact to job done was a pleasure. Nice friendly people and they did a great job for a fair price. Highly recommend!
