I found the service and expertise provided by KBO to be excellent. Their turn around from surveying the property to installing the intruder alarm was fast and efficient. They kept me updated throughout out the process. I would highly recommend them.

KBO literally saved me on a very hot Friday night when everyone else had clocked off and my alarm wouldn’t stop going off all day. Kirsty at base in Camberly was so understanding and helpful and then Mitch the engineer was absolutely brilliantly in helping me hunt for the power supply and sorting everything out. I would have lost my sanity without them. Highly recommend KBO!

As part of a home improvement project i decided to replace my old intruder alarm and to move my maintenance contract to a local provider to secure better support.I chose KBO and have been delighted.The installation was carried out promptly, efficiently and tidily.The system was demonstrated and fully explained to us so we were confident with its operation. I have found every member of KBO to be friendly, competent,helpful and efficient. KBO are a very professional, customer focused local company which has provided me with first class service. I made the right choice in choosing KBO and as result 5 months later I chose them to install my cctv.

Unfortunately not a good experience - the product is terrible, losses connection between the main box and sensors all the time, often in the middle of the night it starts beeping. Have had them out multiple times during the first year and still not working well, also loses WiFi connection. Texecom (the brand of product they use) clearly not great. Really disappointed after spending thousands of pounds on the product. I would look elsewhere even though you see them around in a lot of places.

Not good experience with thia company in the year we've been with them. Ridiculous prices and very rude staff in accounts. For instance we had a routine service carried out and later that day had teouble setting thw alarm. Called to have them come and look at the system. Turns out we had a loose wire on the front door contact (which was apparently checked during the service) and charged £172 to have the screws tightened. There is more but I can't be bothered to type it all out. I would steer clear.
