We've had the pleasure of working with K4 Security on several occasions, providing security services for both our large community festivals and smaller local events. As a non-profit organisation, we greatly appreciate the support and understanding we have received from K4 Security. I’ve been attending the Ealing Amman Chariot Festival for the past 15 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen such a badly managed event from K4 Security Services. It was shocking and disappointing. At around 14:20, after taking prayers at the temple as we do every year, we went to enter the park to enjoy the food, relax, and spend time with family. We were refused entry, told the park had “reached full capacity.” This was clearly not the case. Hundreds of people (easily 400–500 within minutes) were leaving the park, yet nobody was being let in. Instead of operating a proper in-and-out system, where if 200–500 people leave, the same number are allowed in, they simply blocked the entrance and told everyone to leave. This is basic crowd control, yet your team had no idea how many people were going in or out. The lack of communication and rudeness from some staff ruined the experience for many. One female supervisor (white, overweight, wearing grey hi-viz) was unprofessional, yelling at people that the park “won’t reopen” instead of calmly explaining that entry might be possible later when numbers dropped. At a peaceful religious event, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. When we tried to speak to a supervisor at the back entrance, they refused to come forward and answer questions, instead closing the gates in our faces. The supervisor in blue hi-viz (white male) ignored people and spoke rudely. Another supervisor (Indian male in blue hi-viz) deliberately hid his security pass so we couldn’t take his name....a direct breach of security rules, as passes must be visible at all times. To add to this, at the crossing point a large Arabic male guard was screaming at people to move quickly across the road. This is a religious festival, not a military drill. Treating attendees like this is completely disrespectful. K4 Security Services urgently needs to retrain all supervisors on respectful communication, especially for cultural and religious events. Many people left upset yesterday..... what a shame

Their Control is extremely unprofessional and lacks experience. They don’t know how to communicate with people — their behavior is extremely rude and disrespectful. It appears they are not adequately knowledgeable or trained to perform their duties effectively.

K4 Security is a fantastic company to work for. Great management, supportive team, and opportunities for growth. Big shoutout to Tegan! Highly recommended.

K4 security is have a fantastic work ethic and their management team are very responsive and professional. I have seen their staff working within the security sector for several weeks now and I cannot fault them. Any issues they face have been resolved immediately & I would be more than happy to use them in the future for any work that arises.
