Employees are awful for the most part. One came round and made a comment about my che Guevara poster as though that's anything to do with him. Last time I had my gas service he identified the part that's needed for the boiler as I regularly get an F1 fault. But I've just rung the council and the repair hasn't been put through. You're made to feel very anxious in your own home also. The odd one that come to do repairs are alright but mostly it's an awful experience.

Not bad going for a job they turn up to do with no equipment replacing bricks to bungalow near front door they had no bricks no cement nothing workman stated should have been dropped off so he could do job afternoon of 5th may so job wont be done this was all arranged about 3 weeks ago from kwl attending to see what needed doing as a company one star is far to many in my eyes, reception states its an error apparently they never ordered the bricks no wonder the company is low rated and when they get constructive criticism they dont like it BOOHOO accept it its part of life like we have no accept jobs not getting done on time

The worst company I have ever dealt with. We were asked to allow them access to our garden for one week, maximum two, with the assurance that everything would be cleaned up afterwards. In reality, the work took six weeks, from June until mid-July. They were removing paint from our neighbour’s house, and paint chips were everywhere. They stuck to our trampoline, got onto our laundry, and covered the entire garden. For those five to six weeks, no one came to clean anything up. Only after I called and threatened legal action did they finally send someone. They did not offer any compensation for the damaged belongings or for the contaminated pool water. Absolutely the worst company. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I have been living in a council house for 8 years and I am fighting with damp and mould!! I have two small children and how many times do they come and apply paint without doing their job properly and leave. The young gentleman who came did not know his job and his face was not respectful at all. Do not employ such people, I recommend that you employ more workers who know and understand their job. You are not helpful at all.

Two no shows or contacts from kwl for both my electricity safety check which was on 2nd May And again today 12th May for my gas safety check. Appalling service kwl no thought for the elderly or disabled who have to prepare for the appointments. Yet my appointment letter states I can be fined £170 for not being available. Not referring to the reception staff who always try to solve the problems .
