Johnsons The Cleaners

I took in my mums very precious1959 wedding dress in order for my daughter to be able to wear it for her upcoming wedding. The lady in Johnsons was amazing and I felt reassured she would take great care with the dress. She did an absolutely fantastic job; it came up beautifully bright, fresh and clean and the fusty smell of age was gone. It was also a very reasonable price and less than quoted elsewhere. Thank you so much.

Excellent service - we made an error about our dry cleaning and branch staff were first rate - they worked quickly to resolve the issue and took care and showed initiative in sorting things for us. Staff were kind, humorous and thoughtful - much appreciated!

Andi and Amy were absolutely marvellous helping me…,and more importantly being very successfull at getting the ink off my linen suit jacket… ..without causing any damage to the colour… Very professional, friendly and caring service provided..

The team at Asda Doncaster are all exceptional and I'd particularly like to mention Amy and Andi. There isn't just one example I'd like to give, just consistently great customer service every visit.

My daughter asked about wedding dress dry cleaning and was told it would take 5-6 weeks as there was a backlog of dresses waiting to be cleaned. She also told her that Johnsons was the only bridal dry cleaners in the Doncaster area. My daughter rang Tinpsons at Tesco (Woodfield Plantation) who said they also dry clean wedding dresses and could have it sent that day and have it returned in 3-5 days! She went with Timpson and was overjoyed with the result! I know that Timpsons use a machine rather than hand cleaning but the result was amazing and there was no apparent damage other than some defects already present. They did ask for a disclaimer to be signed for damage. Price was comparable with Johnsons.
