Absolutely fantastic service from Karen at Portlethen branch. Went in with a brand new jacket bought a few months ago which unbeknown to me had blood stains inside which could be seen through the jacket. Karen worked her magic and managed to remove the stains. Eternally grateful to her as thought I would have to buy a new outfit. Thank you Karen 😘

Lady that served me was brilliant. Took my shirt as she was closing and ironed it there and then. Great service
