Johnsons The Cleaners

I’m a 75year old widow with a rug I’d like to have cleaned. This is a service that your website offers, but your staff member in the Union Street Aberdeen branch was obviously very reluctant to provide it when I visited the shop to enquire about it. She couldn’t give me a price range, she couldn’t suggest how I might get the rug to the shop (there’s no parking nearby) and she was altogether unwilling to help in any way - other than suggesting I hire a machine to clean it myself. How I would go about getting the machine to my house she didn’t know. She also claimed that she had no rugs in her own home and so couldn’t help. I am completely baffled by this employee’s attitude and shocked to be treated in such a disinterested and unhelpful way.

Cannot thank the wonderful Wendy for her service. Dropped off very stained and grubby sofa covers with not much hope but was amazed at the wonderful job Wendy performed. They are like new again. Thank you.

Used their UPS drop off service for sending a parcel. The lady was so helpful and friendly, thank you!

Johnson’s Union St, Aberdeen - how can I ever thank you! 2 weeks prior to my daughters wedding I managed to get 2 stains on my dress! Panic stricken I took it to Johnson’s. I tried to be positive but really believed the dress was ruined. Well I am over the moon to say that I picked it up today and the stains are completely gone! 😁 I am beyond grateful! Absolutely first class service and will be 100 percent recommending to all my friends and family! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my appearance at my daughter’s special day!

I have a question, can you clean and dry curtains, but the thick type. I was wondering because we have 6 and we have nowhere to clean them. My dad will bring them on Saturday or Sunday, they are yellow, orange-ish.
