Fantastic service from James at JMV! Water had been leaking into our living room from the double glazing installed by Everest last year. When Everest went bust we struggled to get anybody to come out and fix it. Two local companies said they’d someone but they never showed up. We struck third time lucky with James. He did a really thorough job at a reasonable price and cured the problem. No more leaks after heavy rain. Brilliant ! Great to know he’s there if we have any other maintenance problems !

A year ago we found a property which we thought we could do something with but we needed a builder to walk round with us to give an expert opinion. We contacted James Jordan of JMV Property Maintenance & Building Services who obliged the next day and talked us through what was likely to be required. Having secured the purchase, we employed JMV and now the work is completed we have to say that we are totally delighted with the result. James said at the outset that it would be a developing and changing journey and so it proved to be. The work included a completely new kitchen, three new bathrooms, new ceilings and floors, re-plastering throughout and the laying of timber and vinyl floors and replaced all windows and doors. James and Dave gave us invaluable advice throughout and achieved more for us than we could dream of, for which we are extremely grateful. As our project managers, they liaised with electricians and plumbers to ensure no time was wasted, and acquired all materials on our behalf. We are sure that we could not have found a more conscientious and competent building company. We thoroughly recommend them.

James Jordan did an excellent job--replacing kitchen patio doors. Communication was excellent and the job was done at a fair price.
