J.M.Domestic Cleaning

'We were incredibly disappointed to return to the house to discover that nothing had been cleaned and that the cash had been taken. We have since tried to get in touch with 'Juri' via email and via phone (the line is now dead) several times but with no luck. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND COMMISSION J.M. DOMESTIC CLEANING TO CLEAN YOUR HOME OR WORKPLACE!' We booked J.M.Domestic Cleaning to carry out an end of tenancy clean on our newly purchased house before moving in. We engaged in several email exchanges with 'Juri' to agree the scope of the work and price and settled on a date and time for the following week. We left keys out for the cleaners to let themselves in and, as instructed, left the total amount in cash out on the kitchen worktop for the cleaners to collect upon finishing cleaning the house. We were incredibly disappointed to return to the house to discover that nothing had been cleaned and that the cash had been taken. We have since tried to get in touch with 'Juri' via email (with no response) and via phone (the line is now dead) several times but with no luck. Moving house is already incredibly expensive and to have money taken for nothing is devastating. The irony is, had they cleaned the house effectively, we could have continued to commission their cleaning service resulting in them earning more than they did from robbing us of the initial end of tenancy cleaning fee. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND COMMISSION J.M. DOMESTIC CLEANING TO CLEAN YOUR HOME OR WORKPLACE!
