Wheelie Fresh Bins Ltd

I recently contacted Wheelie Fresh Bins, as I had noticed on the last two occasions my bins have not been fully cleaned. In fact they were only cleaned properly the very first time and since then hardly at all. E.g. On Monday the guy turned up and left exactly 1 minute later, hardly enough time to clean the bin at all. The response I had back from the company was "in cases such as yours where you are also keeping your bin clean between our scheduled cleans, the bin only requires a clean with our washcloths, followed by our disinfectant/deodorising spray". I actually thought I was paying to have my bins cleaned properly each time, as they website states "Your bins are hygienically cleaned inside and out, deodorized and then returned to your property". So be aware this is not actually the case apparently, so It might be worth looking elsewhere.

Had both my blue and green bins cleaned yesterday which were both absolutely filthy. Have to say I was really impressed totally clean inside both bins and they smell disinfected and fresh. Well done, I will use their service again !! Great job !!

We have used Wheelie Fresh Bins' bin cleaning services since 2021. They have been extremely reliable, knowledgeable about the ever-changing bin schedules, and incredibly easy to communicate and work with. We would highly recommend this service!

I added some comments to this review. The upshot is that if you do order their service and are in any way unhappy they will do their utmost to help as they do care about the standard of their service. Unfortunately it's inevitable that sometimes an employee might fall below that standard - in which case take photos, feed back and this will help everyone who gets the service. I've posted here my original review as well as comments about their customer service based on their responsiveness to my feedback which is why I ended up giving them a 4 star rating. Original review I booked for cleaning blue and black bins as a monthly service. Neither bin was remotely clean following the cleaning service. I let it pass for the blue bin in the hope it was a one off but the black bin was left with cobwebs, maggots and a puddle at the bottom, still smelling awful. You could tell that whoever was cleaning it did not care about it actually being clean. Therefore I contacted the company to cancel my service. I had not been expecting a valet clean for the money but I did expect better than this. The photos say it all! It's not acceptable that bins are left like this. The only way I could tell it was cleaned was by the pool of water at the bottom. I'm sure wheelie fresh bins can do better! ----- Following reviewing these pictures and my complaints the company was very responsive and cleaned the bins really well so I amended my rating. If you are not happy with the cleaning do take that time to feedback and let them know. This helps them and everyone who gets their service.

They have been cleaning my nans bins for so long and have provided a brilliant service. Super easy to cancel. Thank you for all your help.
