Jamie Christian property maintenance

Fantastic. Delighted with the work done and found Jamie and his colleague to be absolute gentlemen. Arrived on time every day, worked solidly right through, despite very warm weather. Handled any issues (from a neighbour) professionally and sensitively. Kept me informed every step of the way, advised when necessary. Every aspect of work was checked and if he felt it wasn't to his standard, it was addressed. Can't recommend highly enough. Excellent work, excellent attitude, excellent conduct.

Absolutely brilliant work from Jamie on restoring the fascias, soffits, and half-timbering on our house. As you can see from the before and after photos, the woodwork was in a pretty dire state but Jamie brought it all back to life beautifully. He carefully sanded down all the timber around the house and double garage, replaced any rotten sections (rather than just filling over them), and even removed the guttering to ensure everything was properly cleaned and protected before finishing. It’s clear he really takes pride in doing things the right way, and the quality of the finished job speaks for itself. They did all this in the scorching heat at the end of June - although it worked out great for making sure the wood was bone dry and in perfect condition for applying the finish, it couldn’t have been easy working in that heat, but the care and attention never slipped. It would’ve been easy to just rip it all out and stick on uPVC, but I’m so glad we kept the original character and thanks to Jamie, it now looks sharp and well cared-for, not tired or cheap. Really pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Thank you!

Jamie has recently finished our replacement fascias, soffits and gutters. We are extremely pleased with them, workmanship and attention to detail, absolutely great.Would not hesitate to reccomend him.

A couple of days before Christmas a ridge tile blew off our roof.We contacted Jamie not expecting anything being able to be done due to Xmas and severe weather, but Jamie came to look at problem and temporarily replaced the ridge tile.after inspecting the roof he told me the rest were loose, not had a repair for 30 odd years!!been lucky.asked Jamie if he could replace, and if he could repair, he said he could do it as soon as he can and gave me an exeptional quote! I accepted and Jamie said to call him if the ridge tile moved again until repair even if it was Xmas day!!he repaired as soon as weather allowed. Exeptional service thanks Jamie

Jamie did an amazing job. He came exactly when he said he would. The guttering work was completed to a very high standard and then he even came back and replaced a few broken rosemary roof tiles he had spotted with no extra charge. Amazing! The price quoted was exceptionally reasonable. Everything was left clean and tidy. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
