Jackson Fire & Security (Newcastle)

After a disappointing experience with my previous contractor, I reached out to James and was immediately impressed by his professional yet approachable demeanor. From the outset, James took the time to listen and understand the issues I was facing with our fire alarm panel. He quickly identified that the panel had not been serviced in line with British standards and was non-compliant. James not only rectified all faults on the system, but also ensured that the alarm panel was fully serviced and brought back to operational standard. Additionally, he carried out servicing on the fire extinguishers and emergency lighting, leaving everything in perfect condition. I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided and will absolutely be using this company for all future fire safety needs at this facility. I’ve already scheduled them to service the fire-related equipment at our other locations. Highly recommend for anyone seeking reliable and knowledgeable fire safety professionals.

We recently had Jackson Fire & Security advise, supply, install, and commission new fire extinguishers for our office and warehouses. The service was excellent and completed quickly. Pricing was very competitive, and James made the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. Highly recommend
