I am very happy witht he deep cleaning done by Isac's Cleaning Services: the oven looks new. Elena was punctual, she protected the floor and even went outside to clean two of the pieces as it could have splashed everywhere. She tried to clean the oven door on the inside but not open it ( possibly not disegned to open). I will defintely use again if I need this or similar service.

Incredible!! Not a stain left in the carpets! I really admired Isacs dedicated work ethic and friendly approach. I feel like i have bought new carpets! Wow!!! Thank You!!!

A year ago, I left Isac’s Cleaning Services Ltd a genuine 5-star review after a very positive experience. I am now updating it to 1 star because my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. After I accepted their quote and confirmed the booking, I sent a few additional instructions ahead of the job, including asking them to do their best with the conservatory window, which I acknowledged may be difficult to reach. They then cancelled the entire booking, saying there were safety concerns and that the scope had changed from the original quotation. I fully understand that safety must come first. The problem is that their explanation still makes very little sense. I asked for the price to be adjusted to reflect the fact that they could not clean the conservatory, and suggested they simply proceed with the rest of the agreed work. Instead, they refused to adjust the scope or pricing and cancelled the whole job. Even after I asked for an honest explanation, I only received vague references to “safety considerations,” “operational constraints,” and “service expectations,” without any clear reason why the remaining areas could not still be cleaned. What is most disappointing is not simply the cancellation itself, but the sudden change of stance, the lack of transparency, and the refusal to offer any practical solution. After previously supporting this business with a glowing review, I expected much better communication and professionalism. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend them.

Rip off...charging £390 for a two bedroom flat deep clean. People pay £400 to clean a three floor 3-4 bedroom houses. Mad! Update: thanks for your response but I am afraid it does not add much value. Normally cleaning companies estimate the cost depending on the number of hours they will spend. Deep cleaning the flat and cleaning the oven cannot possible take you more than 3 hours. Are you trying to tell us that your hourly rate is £130 per hour?!!!! Additionally, if you are charging £390 (nearly £400) for deep cleaning a 2 bedroom flat with an en-suite bedroom, how much would you charge for a house? It must be that we need to apply for a loan to hire your services?! Your prices are really and truly a rip off and your justifications are silly. We have hired very professional and high standard cleaning services before and no one charges that much. You overcharge in the most ridiculous and unethical ways possible. It is astonishing that you are normalising your behaviour! Part of providing a good service is charging clients fairly and ethically. Update (2): "If you can find a professional cleaning service that can deliver the same level of quality in just 3 hours, as you have stated, we genuinely wish you the best in finding that option. However, we take pride in offering a thorough, high-standard service and will never compromise on quality for the sake of speed". Thank you for wishing me luck, and yes I found many other companies - there are plenty of companies offering similar services for much better prices and value for money.
