Insta Services Builders

After having carried out a very successful remodelling of our kitchen and dining room last year, I had no hesitation in working with Kyle and his team at Insta Services again. Kyle excels in seeing a problem and providing solutions. He took our seriously over growing front garden, cleared the area and built an attractive fence around the whole perimeter. The work was completed efficiently within just over a week and I appreciated being consulted every step of the way to ensure I was happy with the choices being made. I would not hesitate in recommending Insta Services for any type of building or remodelling project.

First class experience with Kyle and his team. He provides detailed initial costings and a clear schedule, both of which were adhered to. The work is of a high standard and Kyle is able to deploy the team very effectively across jobs - added benefit being that he has most trades covered in-house. He is also able to provide solutions to issues which inevitably arise during a project. We’re very happy with finished job and would highly recommend.

We used Insta Services for our double storey wrap around side extension and couldn’t be more happier that we chose Kyle and his Team. They were punctual, polite, hard working and completed the extension to the detail we were hoping for. We valued Kyle's recommendations and options he provided on materials and how the end result would look, often providing samples for us to make informed decisions throughout the 7 month build. We are delighted with the result and have already given personal recommendations to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend further.

Kyle and his team done an awesome job! a big thank you to Lewis and jack (and Lewis’s brother) for there work and ideas on our garden project we love it👍🏻

Kyle and his team did an amazing job with our renovation and we couldn’t be happier. The condition of our house prior to the renovation was nothing short of terrible and we really needed a reliable builder and team to bring it back to life. We couldn’t recommend Kyle and his team enough. It’s hard to find a trusted team of builders who not only do a great job but also go out of their way to go above and beyond to achieve your vision. InstaServices do it all and they are by far the best builders in Surbiton!
