Iconic Facilities Management LTD.

I started to use Iconic earlier this year on my blocks for cleaning, gardening as well as some general maintenance. I have been very impressed. James Sedge the Contracts Manager is extremely helpful responds quickly to emails and requests. Costs are reasonable with full attendance reports. I would thoroughly recommend.

Would recommend Iconic for a number of different jobs, including cleaning, gardening and general repairs. Fast responses and reasonable prices - big thanks to James

Recently, 2 of your cleaning staffs (joseph × 2) worked in the flat where I live at old road, crayford and they did amazing job, cleaning every corner right through and leaving the premises sparkling.

I work in development management and have been introduced to Iconic via the company I work for. They have been extremely helpful and I am always impressed with the quality of their works and response time. Thank you for your services in the one of jobs as well as the quality of works within the contracts that you have with our portfolio.

Clean my offices and empty properties, wouldn’t use anyone else. First class service and highly recommended.
