Fred was very punctual, friendly, professional and did an amazing job with attention to detail and was so willing to go over any areas that were needing extra attention and willingly went back over areas he wasn’t happy with. Really appreciated the service provided by Homeclean Team also as they were so efficient and accommodating in arranging the clean for us. Highly recommended.

We have never used a cleaning service before so decided to take a chance with Homeclean. From filling in the online request form to a follow up phone call, the service has been outstanding. Preliminary information was clear. Our cleaner Lateef turned up slightly late due to navigation problems. He was cheerful, helpful and respectful. He had to work around us as we were in throughout. He worked continuously and methodically until every room was spotless. He used a mixture of our kit and his. He refused our offer of a drink and just got on. We now have a problem. Our house is so clean we don't want to mess it up! Thank you.

‼️Stay away from this company‼️ If there was an option of providing no stars, I would choose that. They boast of hiring experienced cleaners whom you can ‘trust’ to leave your house keys with. The cleaner who came to my house has been with the company for less than two weeks and she had no cleaning experience in the past (the company claim otherwise and say she had references, is your cleaner then lying to me?). The toilet brush lives beside the toilet, universally. The cleaner however chose to use a steel scrubber (designated for the sink and advised specifically to use only for that) inside the toilet commode (with bare hands!), and caused these permanent scratches - damages that cannot be unfortunately undone. The company claim they can only apologise for this ‘accidental’ damage and it wasn’t intentional. When I requested to speak to their manager or escalate onward to their owner, a staff Shannon had the audacity to say the ‘owner would not be interested’ in dealing with such complaints, even when I spoke about pursuing legal action. Well, I am certain they will be very interested in due course of time. Edit: In response to you Nicola, which you conveniently choose to do after 6 months and when 2 other people have found my review helpful- A. Shannon specifically advised that the owner would not be interested in dealing with such issues. You may want to have a chat with her and gather facts, before confidently making (false) statements on a public forum. B. I was advised that the optional damage protection would start when I enrol onto the regular cleaning services. This was a trial one-off clean to assess if I was happy with the cleaners standards, before committing onto the regular programme. C. You advise (or rather lie) that you hire experienced cleaners. This young cleaner had very recently switched jobs. I interviewed her at the start, she told me this was only her 2nd house with the cleaning job, and she had NO prior experience or knowledge about cleaning. And you expect your clients to trust their house with your (newly hired) cleaners and also hand over their keys. Your company requires a review of its policies and procedures before advertising any further or taking new clients. Greediness and lies only takes a company so far.
