I came to homeclean based on the many 5 star reviews. However, 1 month in and my experience has been nothing but awful. - Please note REFUNDS are NON refundable. I'm sure it's on some small print somewhere . -The 1st cleaner, after a 3 hour clean rooms were uncompleted. Used a steam mop which was useless as its on a short cord and all down stairs has no carpet. So she just flops it around the house unplugged. ( I was told she was the best.... ) - i had a 2nd cleaner again many things just not done. I also paid the £14 an hour fee so she didn't need to use my equipment but she used my mop, vacuum and glass cleaner. I sent videos and pictures of the many things left. Was told someone will be in touch and when you speak im over talked and the cleaners lie to say i added jobs? Disgusting lack of accountability . They take your money and leave you with no answes. This is by far the worst cleaning company I have ever used. I said if they ran out of time I would understand, so I would expect rooms unfinished upstairs as time went by and down stairs completed at least. But down stairs just wasn't dusted or wiped down. The toilet down stairs wasnt done at all , the tap was still how i let it, the sink just as i left it and the over all room exactly the same. Its not nit picking it's unprofessional and at my cost. - Also the cleaner put her cleaning materials on my coffee table and has left a permanent mark , thats another expense to myself. Joe contacted me today, unhelpful and over talks you like a 3 year old. Leading to my out burst because YOUR not listening. The cleaner side lied and I debunked the lie straight away and Joe all of a sudden wants to get off the phone without hearing anything I had to say. And not address my other concerns. -I'm sure your reply will hold no accountability with excuses and some how the blame will be mine some how (the one who lost out financially) going forward I don't see a point, I'll need buy a new coffee table and lose out of my admin fee. What a disgrace

Excellent service for our end of tenancy clean. Easy to arrange with photos sent on whatsapp. Great job from Amanda who clearly took pride in doing a thorough job. Reasonable price too. Would definitely recommend.

Make sure you’re happy with your cleaner as we had one that was rude to my mom and time keeping was awful. But the Homeclean sorted it out and my mom now has a fantastic cleaner
