Called out for a deep clean, Eric arrived, was very rude and abrupt towards my elderly mum and refuses to answer the phone, pressured for cash on the day despite her not being happy with the result!!!! Disgrace !!!!

The feather duster on the website sums it up! A brief, feather dusting is not cleaning. Poorest possible cleaning service. Unprofessional response from management. Do not entrust this Company to clean for any elderly or vulnerable relatives. If it was possible to give NO STARS, this would more accurately reflect the appalling service and the way this Company treats elderly clients. PLEASE AVOID!!!
