High spec cleaners

Robin is very friendly and always on time. He does a great job of cleaning windows and has also pressure washed my patio in readiness for summer. Top notch and highly recommended!

Can only comment on my own experience. Messaged and arranged window cleaning for end of April, had to book some time off work but no issues. The day came, saw the van pull into my road so sat patiently and waited. An hour and a half went by and my husband who was working upstairs said he’d seen the van drive back out again (I knew there was another house in my road on the round hence waiting originally). Messaged to ask if everything was still ok. No reply. A bit later that day I called and was given the reason that it’s been raining so they’re behind. Fair enough but at least tell me!! Politely I said no problem but at your convenience could you please just message or call to let me know when you could fit me in. Have never heard back. This is no way to treat people! You gave me the original date and time, if you can’t make it for any reason at least have the decency to let me know. I also work full time and it’s really difficult trying to shift things around but we desperately needed the windows done. I’m still sitting here with dirty windows so will have to use someone else. Only contacted this company due to a referral from someone else but would strongly recommend to look elsewhere after my experience.

Robin is very reliable and you can have a little chat, which could be good if you live on your own. Avoid man Val
