Havelock Launderette and Drycleaners

Should have listened to the other negative reviews. Got a brand new £135 dress, never worn, no marks and sent it in to be ironed. Got home and noticed dark scorch marks all over the back of it, doubt it can be fixed and now my dress is ruined. Please think twice about sending your clothes here.

Very happy with the service provided. Service wash was done to perfection and even used the washing capsules i provided (my wife has allergy issues). Collected a few hours later, everything folded nicely, socks paired and bundled etc. If I require this type of service in the future this will be my first port of call!

Did me a real solid when my usual dry cleaner fell through a couple days before my friend's wedding. Great service, lovely staff, felt very reassured. Dress came back looking and smelling fantastic. Will be back!

Really great service and such a happy vibe! Did an amazing job dry cleaning and stain removal from my daughters coat. Highly recommend 😁

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in expecting a simple service and instead walked away overcharged, with clothes that were ruined, and absolutely no accountability from the staff — least of all the owner, Mani. Not only did they fail to take ownership of their mistakes, but the dismissive attitude made the entire experience even worse. The prices were ridiculous for the level of service (or lack thereof), and when I raised my concerns, I was met with excuses rather than solutions. A laundry should take care of clothes — here, they seem to do the opposite. I left feeling ripped off, frustrated, and with garments I can no longer wear. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartache: avoid Havelock Street Laundry at all costs. Glasgow has plenty of other places — don’t waste your time here.
