H & M Locksmith and Building Services LTD

I had an excellent experience with H & M Locksmith. By the time I called them, they arrived within about 15 minutes, which was impressive. I had lost my key and needed my door lock replaced urgently. They handled the job quickly, professionally, and with no hassle at all.Their service was efficient, friendly, and reliable from start to finish. I’m genuinely satisfied with the work they did, and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy locksmith.

I chose H&M Locksmith & Building Services over a much cheaper quote because I expected higher quality work. Unfortunately, their operatives damaged my expensive dining table by using it as a workbench and now not ready to provide their public liability insurance details. Also, within 45 days of installing, cracks have appeared along the full length of the newly installed FD60 fire door frame edge. Clearly, door frame has not been secured adequately. I was also charged additional items and congestion charges above the agreed £1,500 price. Haytham personally had assured me that any issues would be rectified, but when I reported the defects, I received excuses rather than assistance. I have photographs, invoices and WhatsApp messages documenting my experience. Based on my personal experience, I would not use this company again. note: I am surprised to see their audacity that Haytham is completely denying the work now. Clearly, I should be contacting reportfraud

Very Quick Response, Fair Pricing, Excellent Work! I had a great experience with this locksmith. I was locked out the kitchen door, and he arrived quickly and had my door open in under 10 minutes — super efficient and clearly knows what he’s doing despite the lock being different as tried to open it before. What really stood out was how reasonable and affordable the pricing was, especially for such fast and professional service during the weekend. No hidden fees, just honest and straightforward. Reliable, skilled, and great value for money. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy locksmith!!

The best! I locked myself out .They were here within 20 mins and got me in the flat quick and efficient and very reasonable price! I recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Hopefully I won’t need them again though lol

They came in one tenth of the time that other providers quotes and got me into my house quickly. Unlike an earlier locksmith I had to use, they did a great job leaving cleaning up after themselves. Even though they had to drill through the door, they filled it immediately and left no marks. Something that our earlier locksmith did not do! Unlike other locksmiths, the quote they give you is based on what actually needs to get done and covers all the work. They don’t quote you very little money then ask for a lot more once the job is finished.
