Great job! I emailed asking for a gutter clean quote, James replied really quickly and came over the next day to have a look. They needed cleaning and James got to it right away. Super friendly, clean, tidy, efficient and professional. Thank you!

Just before visit. Agreed price and Richard was able to start job immediately , great news for me with the continued rain forecast and the leak I had from my gutters being blocked. . Richard worked hard , polite and tidy , great worker. Many thanks clare w

Called to get our gutters cleaned out and Richard came out the next morning to do the job. Quick, friendly and a fair price. We will be using them again. Recommended. Thanks.

We couldn't be happier with the service provided and it was also nice to learn that we are supporting a local family business, which is run by friendly and respectful individuals. We found James to be both personable and professional as well as very thorough and tidy in his work. These guys have all the heavy duty gear and we now have very clean gutters and and an unblocked down-pipe, but perhaps more importantly we also now have our go-to guys for any issues with gutters, drains, exterior cleaning, etc. It's never easy to find fairly priced and trustworthy service providers these days so when we do find them, we hang on to them like gold dust. We certainly won't go anywhere else now; consider yourself added to our contacts list! We will also be recommending them to family, friends, colleagues and neighbours. Thanks James. Keep up the good work and see you again when the moss calls for it! P.S. A word of warning if you are contacting some of the other businesses in the Exeter area... The first business that we contacted was one that constantly puts fliers in our door telling us that they are in our area at the moment. The 'handwritten' (effect) flyer might look like it represents a small-business but the response when I contacted them was very corporate and the quote was nearly triple what we ended up actually paying. The second business we contacted was going to quote us by email that day. We never heard from them again. The third business we contacted told us that they couldn't give an estimate or fixed price over the phone and that they would have to visit our property to assess it, as sometimes a house might cost 2 or 3 times their typical price because of unexpected complications. In other words, they want to come to your house, put the fear of God into you that your property is the worst they've ever seen, and pressure-sale you into something drastic that you don't actually need. The fourth business we contacted was this firm. In our case, 4th time lucky. So, save yourself all the hassle and the risk of getting ripped off, just call these guys straight off instead. Edit: Upload of a few photos taken to send to the other half requesting an update at work!

I was very happy with the service provided by Richard. Communication was good throughout, the job was arranged very promptly after my initial enquiry, and my guttering, which was badly blocked, was excellently cleaned at a reasonable cost given the time taken. I highly recommend Gutter Cleaning Exeter.
