I have told this company I wont do any work for them. Still ring at 10.30pm waking me up. Now blocked and reported. If you need a trade use gas safe register or trusted sites not these middle men that cream money off the general public and the trades.

I had an issue at my flat in the middle of the night and called Ground Up Property to see if it was possible to fix it. I honestly had no expectation of being attended to at such a late hour. However, I was assisted by a very kind lady named Ashley, who was extremely organised and managed to arrange for an engineer to come within just 4 hours. She kept checking up throughout, and the problem was fixed very quickly. Thank you so much for the excellent service — keep it up!

Title: Very poor experience – unprofessional conduct and failure to honour agreed terms I used Ground-Up Property Services Limited for an emergency electrical job, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Payment for the work was agreed in advance, yet they failed to pay on the agreed date, which caused significant disruption to my business. Communication from their staff was rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational. The way the situation was handled left me genuinely upset during a job that should have been simple and straightforward. The company appeared disorganised, with poor internal coordination and a clear lack of understanding of the technical work they were subcontracting. Their handling of the job created avoidable delays, extra administrative work, and unnecessary stress. Due to the failure to meet the agreed payment terms, I have had to escalate charges in line with commercial law and pursue further action. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to other tradespeople or customers. If you want reliable people do not use these middle men as a Electrician I’m not going to ever be doing any work for these companies again these people are not even qualified for the work they are trying to dish out all they have done is bought tenders
