Fantastic letting agent with staff that care about proactive issues as well as reactive ones. I had an EICR carried out on the property I rent today and they could not have been more thorough, feel completely at ease that Gro Residential care about the safety of their properties as much as an owner would care about their own. My property is well maintained and in the rare event I have had to report an issue, which in over 2 years, was only a faulty lock on the back door, it was dealt with immediately. Gro residential have provided me with a home with no maintenance concerns and a team that is always on hand, highly recommend.

They truly deserve recognition for their excellent work and professionalism, which made the whole process smooth and stress free A special thanks to Leonie for her fast responses and for patiently answering all my questions, I really appreciated her effort and attention to detail. Starting a tenancy can be overwhelming, but thanks to their support, it was made very easy for me I truly hope that my positive experience will continue throughout the tenancy and remain the same when it comes to the end of it

They agency tells you everything you need to know about the property, quick process to acquire it and of there's any queries they usually respond within the hour plus they get it done within record time.

Worst agency I have ever rented a property from, avoid at all cost! Staff are scatty especially leonie and ignore emails, if you call them they say they will call back but never do. No working toilet in the main bathroom for over a year. They are still withholding part of my deposit as slight dust on skirting boards, complete joke. We had to leave due to being issued a section 21 as they wanted to make them into luxury service apartments, huge inconvenience having to find a new place to live and zero support from the agency! They also disposed my wardrobe without telling me. KEEP AWAY!
