Greenfield Property Services

Called out due to a damp problem in our bedroom cupboard - checked the problem, gave lots of great advice on how to treat the mould and told us the cause of the problem (roofing issue), so we are now able to call someone out to fix the issue. Offered payment for him coming out to us, but declined - such a gentleman. Would definitely use again if we ever had further issues :)

Came out and looked under our floor after many years of a fusty smell. Helped to diagnose the issue and was able to get things sorted. Great guy, very professional and incredibly good with dogs too. All without even charging a penny and in his spare time between jobs. Will use again (for paid work this time.) Would recommend to anyone. 👍

Ian came to assess our damp/condensation issue today, and we couldn't recommend him enough. After a phone call yesterday he managed to squeeze in seeing our property today at such late notice! His customer service was excellent and from speaking to him on the phone yesterday to meeting him today he has given my husband and I so much advice and information we couldn't thank him more. We need more Ians in the world!
