Godfrey Group Facilities Ltd

Working with Godfrey is fantastic. The cleaning standards they have are brilliant, which shows in our guest reviews. They work well as a team themselves, but also with our team, communicating all the way. They make a real difference to our park and we are glad to have them on board with us.

We've had the pleasure of working with The Godfrey Group for the cleaning services at Neatcrowns' offices and factory canteens, and I can confidently say they’ve been outstanding. Special recognition goes to Laura and Louisa, who have done an amazing job managing the team and creating a highly effective cleaning rota. Their attention to detail and ability to keep everything running smoothly have made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day operations. I had the opportunity to meet Louisa for the first time this year, and it was immediately clear how much pride she takes in her company. Her hands-on approach, willingness to step in wherever needed, and strong leadership mirror Laura’s excellent work ethic. They both lead by example and are a credit to their team. The Godfrey Group staff are consistently polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. They don’t just do the job — they go the extra mile, always ready to offer an additional helping hand when needed. We’re truly grateful for their continued support and would highly recommend The Godfrey Group to any business looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services. We’ve been using Godfrey Group for some time now and very happy with the service. The on-site team is always punctual, thorough, and friendly—consistently maintaining high standards. The accounts office is also a pleasure to deal with: efficient, responsive, and always helpful with any queries. Highly recommended!

Builders cleans at domestic properties: CTSL have been utilising Godfrey Group for builders cleans across England, Wales and Scotland for just under a year. Every site has been cleaned to a high standard, leaving our clients happy, and finishing off the jobs well after what is normally multiple moths or year long projects. We look forward to continuing our working relationship with them, as so far they have made themselves available to us at a wide spread of locations and in line with our time windows required as part of the works.

We were in a desperate situation without a cleaner, Godfrey Group arranged a quotation the same day as my initial enquiry and subsequently started working for us the following week. Nothing is too much work for them, I would highly recommend.
