Glasgow Cleaners Helping Hands Cleaning Ltd.

Great cleaners can’t fault the job. Unfortunately one broke the toilet flush. They didn’t report. I contacted Kevin who was rude, said bathroom was probably old. It’s not. Then said Michelle was only small she couldn’t have done this?? There was 3 cleaners in? I’ve had to order a part now which cost £25. Left with no toilet or explanation for this. Very unprofessional. Kevin did not like me telling him this and hing the phone up. I did ask for email and managers name but got nothing. Shame great cleaners but Kevin hasn’t got a clue what he’s doing!!

Really pleased with the service. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and left looking fresh.

I would definitely use Helping Hands again and would recommend. It was a quick turnaround (3 days) from my initial enquiry with Kevin over the phone, to meeting at the property to show the scope and the clean being carried out. I had a short timescale for the cleaning to be carried out and he was very accommodating. Very reasonably priced and great quality of work.

we’ve been really happy with how the cleans have gone so far. We have had 3-4 cleans now and have been really impressed by the level of work. The team are punctual, attentive to detail and very good at staying in touch. They have also been flexible and will only clean areas we ask and come as often as we need.

Great quality of work, would recommend Kevin and the team highly!
