Gem Solutions (Bath) Ltd

James attended to complete an EICR and fit a new kitchen light. He was very polite, friendly, efficient and completed the work to a high standard. I would highly recommend him and Gem Solutions!

We used Gem for an extension on our house. They were incredibly professional from the start and really understood what we were trying to acheive. We had to make some adjustments to the orginal plans and they offered creative solutions that met the brief. We had a tight timeframe and they absolutely delivered on time and to a very high standard. Beyond the work, their team were an absolute pleasure to have around. They were really personable and polite and left everything very tidy at the end of each day. I cannot praise the quality of work, the work ethic, the problem solving or everyone we met, enough. Worth every penny and would highly recommend them.

GEM were hired to remodel our kitchen, which involved the disposal of a decrepit conservatory, removal of walls, opened up an external doorway and windows, totally gutted the room, for full re-wire, new plumbing, levelled off the floor and tiled, installed new external door and window, plastering walls and ceiling, fitting of the new kitchen units and appliances - they done the lot. I've experience plenty of builders in the past, and I can easily say that this company is head and shoulders above the rest. They were professional through out, turned up on time each day and worked hard throughout, project managed it all with weekly updates, and quality of workmanship has been highly impressive. I can see that they take pride in their work. I would gladly use GEM again for a future project. 5* and STRESS FREE ! (I've attached a couple of pics taken from mid-way through kitchen install - I wish I had some decent pics of the finished kitchen but we have been too busy enjoying it!).

Very reliable company and friendly staff. James is a great technician who always does the job right, we've used for years!

We have used Gem Solutions for several years, initially after moving into a property two doors away from them. Since moving to a much older property, we’ve used them on several projects, including the bathroom replacement shown in the photos. Every one of their guys is professional, punctual, knowledgeable and determined to do a good job. They always succeed. Highly recommmended.
