Since having a flat managed by this company I’ve only ever received the worst communication and lack of action. Not only do they ignore emails for weeks, when you do speak to them, there is no urgency or action. Currently we have bins that have not been emptied for 6 weeks, despite reporting it multiple times, stating it is a health hazard and disgusting conditions to live in. This is not even mentioning our section 20 works that have not taken place, despite landlords paying thousands of pounds 12 months ago. I have no trust in this company to get anything done, and would recommend to avoid at all costs.

I recently contacted Gateway with a couple of queries about my ground rent invoice and my building insurance, and I dealt with Jackie. She was pleasant, efficient and extremely helpful throughout — all my questions were answered clearly and quickly, and I came away with everything I needed. Jackie is a real credit to the team at Gateway. Thank you very much for the excellent service — much appreciated.

Neve has been absolutely brilliant throughout. She's friendly, approachable and always quick to respond, which makes such a difference when you're dealing with property matters. Nothing ever seems too much trouble and she's always happy to answer questions, keep us updated and make sure everything stays on track. It's clear she genuinely cares about providing a great service rather than just ticking boxes. Thank you, Neve, for all your help and support.

A special mention for Helen Pritchet at Gateway Block Management. Helen always gets things done very efficiently and accurately. She is friendly, helpful and always comes back to emails or queries really quickly which is so reassuring when you’re trying to gather key documents for example. I can absolutely say not everyone that has taken on this role has been anywhere near as good as Helen has been from the day she started. This level of service has remained and Helen absolutely needs to be recognised for her abilities and clear skill set and understanding of often complex topics and paperwork. Thank you Helen 😊

Omar is a kind, friendly, and approachable person who always treats everyone with respect and professionalism. He is extremely helpful, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile to assist residents whenever needed. He performs his duties with dedication and commitment, and his support often extends beyond his regular maintenance responsibilities. He is always willing to help with additional tasks and makes a genuine effort to ensure that residents are comfortable and well looked after. From my personal experience, Omar has consistently been supportive and helpful, even assisting me with my personal deliveries and orders when needed. He never hesitates to offer help and always does so with a positive attitude and a smile. Having someone like Omar as part of the team is a great asset to Falcondale Court.
